Note that if you are using a Conda environment, remember to install pip inside conda by typing 'conda install pip' after you activate an environment. This step will save you a lot of problems down the road. ;-)


Step 1 of 4

Install Miniconda2

Check the amount of free memory available: free -h

Install a few more things we need: apt install nano wget graphviz -y

Grab the miniconda installer package: wget https://repo.continuum.io/miniconda/Miniconda2-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh

Run the shell script: sh Miniconda2-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh
