Welcome to your first SDaaS tutorial!

During this tutorial you will learn how to use the SDaaS Community Edition platform by LinkedData.Center.

Suppose that you are a blogger that wants to write a post about asian community in the area of Milan in North Italy.

This tutorial will teach you how to build a knowledge base that answers the following questions:

  • Where are the three most important communities of asian people in the area of Milan in Italy?
  • What is the size of asian community in Milan Area?
  • What are the ten cities in Milan area with the high density of asian people?

SDaaS primer

Step 1 of 6

Step 1 - start SDaaS community edition

SDaaS community edition is a light version of the full LinkedData.Center SDaaS platform and is available as a docker container.

Connect to the SDaaS platform

Install SDaaS community edition:

docker run --name ldc -d -p 80:8080 -v /root:/workspace linkeddatacenter/sdaas-ce

Wait the complention of the platform installation (it take some time). At prompt type:

docker exec -ti ldc sdaas

to enter the command line interface (CLI).

Complete all steps by typing on the console or just clicking on the command then continue
